BECOME A TRIATHLETE!

THE FASTEST HOUR OF YOUR LIFE!

Become a triathlete in 60 minutes. One hour, then BAM, you’re a  triathlete.  It will happen so fast you won’t know what hit you. The Life Time Fitness Indoor Triathlon is a fun challenge that appeals to everyone – from seasoned triathletes to first-timers – because you set your own pace. And all the action takes place in one convenient, weatherproof location – your local Life Time Fitness.

Here’s how this one-hour race against the clock breaks down:

• 10-minute swim in the lap pool
• 30-minute bike ride in the Cycle Studio
• 20-minute run on the treadmill

Performance is measured by distance covered in each of the three legs. The more distance you cover, the higher your score.  Transition times are fixed at 10 minutes between the swim and bike and 5 minutes between bike and run. This is to ensure safe and courteous movement through the club.

You will start in waves of 10 people every 20 minutes. Race with your friends, family or colleagues – time to catch up socially and physically!

All participants will receive swim caps for use during the race, plus a Life Time Indoor Tri performance running hat.  To participate, you must be 12 years of age or older.
